Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy

 Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from toptro.in. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.

Please note: We do not accept returns for TOPTRO product not purchased from toptro.in

Refund can be claim on
  1. Non delivered products – Non Delivered can be considered after 7 working days of expected delivery date.
  2. Wrong product delivered – difference on model number, color, making year, brand name will considered.
  3. Damaged or non working product delivered. ( Full Unboxing Video Required )

 

Refund Can’t be claim 
  1. If order not cancelled before dispatch of product.
  2. If delivered on time and complaint of damaged or wrong product not received within 2 working days of receiving.
  3. If wrong delivery address given and not changed before dispatch.
  4. If order not received at given address.
  5. Order Cancellation can be accepted in any circumstance if cancelled before dispatch.
  6. Order Cancellation can’t be accept in any circumstance if order dispatch.
  7. TOPTRO Reserve all rights to cancel order and raise full refund without sharing reason.

 

COD (Cash On Delivery) Deposit Refund Can’t be claim 
  1. Cancellations not allowed after dispatch of the product.
  2. If you wanted to cancel the order after dispatch of the product COD (Cash On Delivery) Deposit is non refundable.
  3. If delivered on time and complaint of damaged or wrong product not received within 2 working days of receiving.
  4. If wrong delivery address given and not changed before dispatch.
  5. If order not received at given address.
  6. Order Cancellation can be accepted in any circumstance if cancelled before dispatch.

Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition and confirm the contents before signing the package.

Provide your order number and order information.
Please contact us with your order number and order information and (if applicable) the item received.
Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by TOPTRO:

If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). TOPTROwill decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our fault, the goods received are damaged or not correct then the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Exchanges

We always wish that you’re 100% satisfied with your TOPTRO purchase. Our worry-free exchanges policy ensures that you can exchange your product(s) within 7 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges). View the Warranty Terms and Conditions.

TOPTRO Product Return Process

Step1: The customer must contact or email our support team (Email: toptroprojectors@gmail.com) for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to TOPTRO.

Step2: If your approved return passes our inspection, we will provide you detailed detailed information and procedure.

Step3: Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 7 working days.

Your right of cancellation
  1. The rights of cancellation set out below apply to any agreement between you and us save insofar as the agreement is in respect of computer software if it is unsealed by you.
  2. You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways:

a: by calling TOPTRO number.

b: by electronic mail to our electronic mail address (provided above) and the notice shall operate to cancel the agreement between us.

Guarantees & After sales service
  1. We guarantee that the goods will correspond with the stated description and specification.
  2. We guarantee that the goods will be of satisfactory quality when delivered by our carrier.
  3. The terms of any manufacturer’s guarantee and after sales service will be included within the documents accompanying the goods.
  4. We are willing to provide advice to you in accordance with the conditions below.
Conditions applicable
  1. These conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by us to you to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which you may purport to apply under any purchase order confirmation of order or similar document.
  2. All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods pursuant to these conditions;

a: Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these conditions.

b: Any variation to these Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between you and us) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by us.

Acceptance of the goods

You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 3 days after delivery to your carrier.After acceptance you shall not be entitled to reject goods which are not in accordance with the contract.

Rejection of the goods

If you properly reject any of the goods which are not in accordance with the contract you shall nonetheless pay the full price for such goods unless you return such goods to us at your cost before the date when payment of the price is due.

Return of goods which are in accordance with the contract 
  1. No goods delivered to you which are in accordance with the agreement will be accepted for return by us without our prior written approval (in accordance with our returns authorisation procedure) and on terms to be determined at our absolute discretion.
  2. If we agree to accept any such goods for return you shall be liable to pay a re-stocking charge of (15%) of the invoice price(exclusive of shipping charge). Such goods must be returned by you to us carriage-paid and in the original packaging.
  3. Goods which are in accordance with the agreement and are returned without our prior written approval may at our absolute discretion be returned to you or stored at your cost without prejudice to any other rights or remedies we may have.
